4. To start and run library, study center, culture center for all backward caste tribes and for the welfare and prosperity of needy people.
5. To start and run old age home, free library, recreational classes for senior citizens.

9. To prepare and implement schemes for the development of students, teachers and other employees and unemployed and to initiate and conduct vocational guidance classes

12. At present, any individual, natural person, public trust organization will utilize the funds collected by subscription or donation or grant from the public sector state government for development.

14. To acquire immovable assets like land, vehicle, building for the institution, the banking institution will take loan as per requirement.
